Linux Operating System
DoubleCheck Email Manager system runs on Linux, the most reliable, scalable and Internet-enabled operating system available today. Hardware requirements are determined based on the number of users, email traffic volume and customized performance requirements.
Notes:
1. Annual maintenance includes major updates and patches to Spam Check, AV Check and operating system. Completed semi-annually via remote access to system. Renewed annually.
2. Price includes base hardware and AV license except for spam only option. Renewed annually.
3. Setup requires normally one hour of user/admin configuration, rules testing and anti-virus testing.
4. Installed inside or outside of company firewall. Internal installation requires configuration access.
5. Requires customer to control email server DNS records. Hosted email server preferred.
